About the Collection
This collection is a photo gallery of my family dog Bella, an 18 year old toy poodle. This collection was built with the intent of chronologizing her life and displaying what aging looks like in small dogs.
About Bella
Bella was born January 11, 2008. As a puppy she had a big attitude, and put up with me dressing her up and doing photoshoots. As she grew alongside us, she mellowed out but still retained her puppy silliness. Now a super senior, Bella continues to have a high quality of life due in part to her strong heart, but also due to the care of my family. She now deals with arthritis and loss of sight and hearing, but she still manages to boss everyone around and demand a nightly game of tag.

This digital collection is built with CollectionBuilder, an open source framework for creating digital collection and exhibit websites that is developed by faculty librarians at the University of Idaho Library following the Lib-Static methodology.
Using the CollectionBuilder-CSV template and the static website generator Jekyll, this project creates an engaging interface to explore driven by metadata.
